Yialia village is on the coast road from Polis just after Argaka and close to Ayia Marina village. This is a very quiet and small village which is surrounded by the hills and pine forests with the coastline running alongside it. There are a couple of tavernas at the village and a bakery very close at Ayia Marina, there is a mini market. All the amenities of Polis are about 10 minutes drive and the harbour of Pomos is about 10 minutes drive.
