This is a really nice plot just up from the village centre, you can easily walk to the village from here, level ground with electricity and water very close and good access. The building zone will permit the buld of up to 100sq m covered area, subject to planning approval. The amenities of Paphos are about 15 minutes drive, this plot has some really nice views over the valley towards the coast. There is a small and very old farm in the fields below this plot.
